Lead Pastor Randy and Lorrie Lemme

Pastor Randy has been serving at The Oasis since 2008. As a child, Pastor Randy lived in Saginaw and attended this very church when it was known as Saginaw Assembly of God. Pastor Randy and his wife, Lorrie, have served together in ministry for more than thirty years. They have been married for twenty-nine. He is an accomplished musician and she an accomplished singer. In their early years they traveled the country with a music ministry. The call to preach had been in his heart since his youth. In 2002 he surrendered to the call of pastoral ministry. Pastor Randy and Lorrie have two daughters, as well as two grandchildren. Their desire is to build people while building the Kingdom of God.

Administrative Pastor Junior Garcia

Pastor Junior graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing. Junior "hopes to create a culture of service and unity" while serving at Oasis. He joined The Oasis in 2008 and came on staff September 2014.

Associate Pastor Christopher Davis

Pastor Chris graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University with a Bachelor's degree in Church Ministries. He has been on staff at The Oasis since May of 2015. Pastor Chris oversees the Oasis Kids, Connect Groups, and Oasis Care. He is also heavily involved in Creative Media, Website, and App design.

Student Pastor Jon Schroeder

Pastor Jon graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University with a Bachelor's degree in Youth & Student Ministry. He is currently working on a Masters of Divinity in Discipleship and Church Ministry from Liberty University. He joined The Oasis in 2009 and came on staff in May 2015.

Worship Pastor Scott Pearce

Pastor Scott believes his calling is to use his experience as an ordained minister, recording artist, and songwriter to "collide others with Christ in worship and through music." Scott has been in ministry for over a decade, passionately serving the body of Christ. He has been dedicated to helping others fully worship God with their voices, instruments, and lives.
